All change at proptech giant Reapit as top team is rejigged
The CRM giant has made Mark Armstrong Group CEO and put Patrick Hannah in temporary charge of UK operations as it concentrates on 'consolidation'.
Major proptech provider Reapit has unveiled a reshuffle for its senior management team.

Mark Armstrong, who was UK and Group CEO, is now solely Group Chief Executive overseeing the company’s operations here as well as in Australia, Ireland and Denmark.
Taking over as CEO in the UK is Patrick Hannah, who was formerly Chief Marketing Officer. The firm wants to see how this change works before making it permanent.

Hannah, who was made UK CEO at the turn of the year, tells The Neg the plan is for him to perform in the role until May before the firm will reassess the situation.
He said the focus for Reapit was now on consolidation in the countries where it has a presence rather than on expanding across other borders.
Management buy-out
“We are consolidating between acquisitions rather than going into new countries,” said Hannah, who joined the company in October 2021. “The focus is on expanding in those countries [where already based].”
Reapit acquired CRM firm AgentBox in 2018, and property management and accounting software provider Console last year, as it established itself in Australia. Funds from tech investment firm Accel-KKR were used to make the purchases.
A management buy-out in 2017, backed by Accel-KKR, saw control of Reapit relinquished by founder George Stead. Armstrong became CEO in 2020 after the surprise departure of long-time chief, Gary Barker.
