The UK’s largest residential auction service Iamsold has become substantially bigger today after signing up 84 more offices within the branch network of leading South of England agency Arun Estates.

All of the agency’s brands – Cubitt & West, Wards, Pittis and Douglas Alan – now offer their clients Iamsold’s modern method of auction (MMoA)service across a combined 100-branch network.

Douglas & Allen was already signed up and has been offering Iamsold via its offices since 2018.

Staff at the Arun Estates branches, which are in London, Essex, Kent, Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex and the Isle of Wight, have completed specialist training led by the Iamproperty auction team, combining online learning with face-to-face sessions to build their knowledge of the MMoA process and the ‘benefits and choice it can offer both buyers and sellers’.

jon holdenJon Holden (pictured), MD of Douglas Alan, says: “We undertook a lot of research into auction service providers prior to working with Iamproperty… and rolled out the partnership firstly with Douglas Alan three years ago.

“We were impressed then and we’re still impressed. The partnership has gone from strength to strength and it’s the right time to extend this offering across the group.

“The appetite from sellers has grown and our vendors are looking for added speed and security, something which MMoA can offer.”
