Gazeal, Propalt and Rayner Personnel are the latest suppliers to form a partnership with The Federation of Independent Agents (FIA), with more to come, claims chief executive, Graham Lock.

Reservation agreements supplier, Gazeal, has seen average fall-through rates reduce to under 6% for its member agents with over £4bn of property transactions completed.

Led by Bryan Mansell, the firm is gradually increasing its estate agency footprint across the UK.

Bryan said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with The FIA. They’re a network with a clear mandate of only working with the best independent estate agents and suppliers in the industry. Our reservation agreements product will add a higher level of certainty for FIA members’ clients and dramatically reduce fall-through rates as we’ve already seen across our user-base.’

Sales and lettings intelligence and data platform, Propalt, has also been added to the portfolio.

“Propalt, although relatively new to the industry, are quickly making their mark,” said Graham. “I’ve explored their platform extensively as has FIA non-executive director, Simon Gates, and the results have been very impressive.”

He added: “I believe their platform will continue to evolve even further and keep pace with our members’ needs over the coming years. The commercial partnership will enable our members to enjoy exclusive rates which really makes it a win-win.”

Property recruitment

Also joining the FIA supplier network is property industry recruitment specialist, Rayner Personnel.

Russell Jervis, MD of Rayner Personnel, said: “We’re thrilled to be working with the quality of agent that the FIA represents. We love working with top performing independent brands and can’t wait to explore this opportunity. Graham has impressed us with his relentless approach in only working with the best agents in the UK so to be working with The FIA brand as a whole is very exciting for us!”

Graham confirmed: “We have several more partnerships in the pipeline for 2025 and are looking forward to further enhancements across the board for our members.”
