The Guild launches Government-approved app for agents
Guild 365 offers a faster, smarter AML solution and consumer onboarding app, streamlining client verification for members.
Members of The Guild of Property Professionals now have access to an AML solution and consumer onboarding app developed by TPS Group.
Guild 365 has been designed to streamline client verification, reduce administrative burdens, and ensure compliance through an AI-powered platform.
Key features include Know Your Customer (KYC) Identity, Know Your Business (KYB) Company and Global Address Verification as well as Politically Exposed Person (PEP) and Sanctions Checks, Source of Funds Verification and Instant ePayments with Stripe.
Approved by government authorities, the app is suitable for letting agents conducting Right to Rent checks too and claims to be a ‘simple and intuitive agent dashboard’ allowing professionals to manage and share documents.
