Chartwell Noble strengthens Worcestershire presence
Nicholas Kendrick joins the team at Midlands and Cotswolds estate agency, Chartwell Noble, as its latest self-employed estate agent.

Former Fine & Country associate, Nicholas Kendrick, has joined Chartwell Noble in Worcestershire to strengthen the company’s presence in the prime country house market.
Operating under Chartwell Noble’s Partner Agent model, he will manage his own portfolio of properties from initial instruction through to completion, providing clients with a single point of contact throughout the entire transaction.
Kendrick has been running his own family holiday rental business since 2015 alongside his role as a Partner Associate with Fine & Country in Worcestershire.
Earlier in his career, he trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and worked as a professional actor for the BBC in 2015.
Independent structure
“Having worked within an established premium brand and run my own property business, I was looking for a structure that combined independence with serious backing,” commented Kendrick.
“The self-employed model that Chartwell Noble offers allows me to take full ownership of the client relationship and the outcome, from valuation through to completion, while leveraging the strength of a fast-growing and ambitious brand. For premium country homes, that level of accountability is essential.”
Ross D’Aniello, Co-Founder & Chief Executive of Chartwell Noble, added: “Bringing Nick on as a Partner Agent in Worcestershire is a strategic move for Chartwell Noble.
“He combines a proven track record in the premium and country homes market with genuine entrepreneurial experience and a deep understanding of his patch.”
The move forms part of Chartwell Noble’s continued expansion following a standout 12 months for the brand, which recorded 129% year-on-year growth.
