DM Hall moves Glasgow North office

DM Hall Vincent Street imageDM Hall, one of Scotland’s largest independent firms of Chartered Surveyors, is moving its Glasgow North branch into the heart of the city’s business district at 220 St Vincent Street, a Grade B listed building which has been sensitively reinvented as a sophisticated office development.

For 50 years, the firm’s busy and effective Glasgow North office has been located in the Georgian terrace of Newton Place next to Charing Cross.

Eric Curran, Managing Partner of DM Hall said, “This move represents the latest chapter in the story of DM Hall’s continuing success.

“While Newton Place has been a good home to us, and a welcoming environment for our clients, the fact is we have simply outgrown it. As a consequence, we have taken the decision to move.”

DM Hall is also modernising its Glasgow South office in Shawlands, with new equipment, furniture and external signage.

Alan Gordon, Principal Commercial Partner at DM Hall said, “This is an exciting time for DM Hall, its 22 partners and its 230 staff. As one of Scotland’s leading independent firms of Chartered Surveyors, it has never been more successful or experienced a more dramatic period of technology-backed expansion.”
