FIA launches new product partnership with TwentyEA

Spotlight valuation converter tool will help agents prove to vendors that they are the right person to sell the property.

The Federation of Independent Agents (FIA) has launched a valuation converter tool powered by data experts TwentyEA to its members.

The Spotlight tool has been designed to help agents convert a higher number of valuations into instructions by proving to vendors that they are the best agent to sell their home.

Developed by TwentyEA the independent data highlights an agent’s strengths and enables them to directly compare their performance with competitors.

WHITE LABELED

It also provides unlimited fully white labelled reports providing independent verification of key performance metrics and a direct comparative performance to that of agent competitors.

The FIA has 75 branch members across 60 brands and Graham Lock (main pictured), founder of the FIA, told The Neg that the FIA had been working with TwentyEA for 8-12 months on the product concept.

He says: “In such an incredibly competitive market we’re always looking to give our high-performing member agents an edge and the new Spotlight product does exactly that.

We know there’s a tougher market ahead but that creates huge opportunity for the top agents and products like Spotlight will further set them apart.”
