Fine & Country has opened a new office in Maresme, Spain, to service the Barcelona coast, the surrounding coastal areas of Sant Andreu de Llanvaneres and the city of Mataro.

Fine & Country’s new office has been established by Xavier Bourgeois, with a team of eight. Fine & Country Maresme is part of the Finques Bourgeois real estate company that has been assisting clients in Barcelona since 1950. Their knowledge of the real estate market.
