Three’s company: Fine & Country trio take on Isle of Man
Directors Tom Carter, Mark Fish, and Jamie Tulloch secure their third territory in a major brand expansion for Fine & Country.
Fine & Country has announced the launch of its latest licence on the Isle of Man, led by experienced directors Tom Carter, Mark Fish, and Jamie Tulloch (main image) – the team behind Fine & Country North Wales and The Wirral, Formby & South Lancashire.
The new operation officially commenced on 1st October 2025, with full activity set to begin from January 2026, strengthening the brand’s reach in the premium property sector.
Tom Carter said: “The opportunity for us with Fine & Country on the Isle of Man is exceptional. The premium market here ranges from £1,000,000 to almost £8,000,000 at present, with recent sales up to £15,000,000.
“The brand is perfectly positioned to service this market. I genuinely believe that Fine & Country launching represents a defining moment in the Isle of Man property market, as the level of marketing and international exposure we provide has never been seen on the island before.”
Growing market
The Isle of Man’s premium market has grown by almost three per cent in the past year, supported by local and international buyers seeking lifestyle, stability and security amid broader economic uncertainty.
Mark Fish added: “There is something here for everyone. The variety and quality of homes make it an ideal market for Fine & Country’s luxury marketing approach.”
The move follows the team’s strong performance across their existing territories. Jamie Tulloch said: “Our successes have shown what the brand can achieve when its full capabilities are applied. The Isle of Man is a logical next step, given the synergy we see between our existing operations and the island.”
