Foundation of a new CGI platform

An interactive online CGI platform has been launched to help create the property market of the future. Foundation has been designed by Glasgow-based CGI specialists Trace Studio to provide an end-to-end marketing solution for any form of development.

Customers can browse online and use the technology to view properties for sale or rent 24/7 and virtually customise them, right down to kitchen specifications, bathroom details or office layouts.

Working directly with developers, architects and suppliers, the Foundation platform supports the sale and rent of residential, commercial and mixed-use property.

The CGI specialists are already working on solutions for builders CALA Homes and Robertson Homes, and property giant Osborne+Co.

Foundation is particularly useful for new-build developments, allowing future homeowners to pick a house and design the interior using 3D CGI, with every surface finish perfectly matched. They can save their designs and share them with family and friends.
