Four more estate agency CRMs join house-moving ‘national grid’

Coadjute says latest sign-ups will accelerate its plans to halve the time it takes to move home in the UK.

Coadjute – the blockchain network for the UK property market aiming to halve the time it takes to move home – has signed up four more estate agency CRM platforms.

Agent Hub, Power Bespoke, Rex and Veco by Eurolink are now on board, which Coadjute says signals the start of faster property transactions for both estate agency and conveyancing firms.

The announcement follows the confirmation last year that Coadjute would be partnering with six of the leading property and legal platforms: Dezrez, MRI Real Estate Software, OpenView (VTUK), Osprey Approach, Reapit, and Redbrick Solutions.

The real-time network acts as a ‘national grid’ for the property market, and will enable future innovations including digital identity, digital titles, and even digital settlement of funds.

Live tracking

All parties involved in a property deal, including estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage lenders and brokers, will be able to track the live progress of the transaction from start to finish, from their existing software.

Anton Babkov, Rex CEO, says it has championed open data in the property industry for more than 10 years. He adds: “In that vein, we’re excited to see how the Coadjute network helps streamline and consolidate what is often a fragmented sale process.

Innovative data-sharing solutions like Coadjute are going to seriously uplift consumer transparency, empower agencies to provide exceptional customer service, and will help us deliver an even more efficient CRM experience.”
