OnTheMarket (OTM) has revealed that its property maintenance, contractor management and works order tools are to be included within its TecLet lettings and management platform for free.

The additional functionality enables agents and property managers to manage their core property maintenance functions from within the TecLet platform allowing better automation, service and productivity.

PREFERRED SUPPLIERS

Benefits include access to a portfolio of over 18,000 contractors across the UK as well as the ability for agents to use their own preferred suppliers, tendering work to chosen contractors; tenant maintenance reporting; tracker and status updates of works and appointments as well as a contractor payment platform.

The functionality has been provided by property maintenance platform Plentific.

For an extra cost TecLet users can access the Plentific Premium tier, also fully integrated into the OnTheMarket Software eco-system. Doing so provides a number of additional features including landlord quote approvals, comprehensive inspections as well as voids, damp and mould solutions.

MAJOR STEP

Alan Blockley of OnTheMarket Software, part of the OnTheMarket Group, says: “The inclusion of Plentific’s maintenance management and work orders within the TecLet platform at no additional cost is a major step forward.
