AGENT: “I’ve sold homes to a lord, a prime minister, a king and a pop star”
Becky Fatemi's Rokstone agency has sold properties worth more than £8 billion, and recently merged with Sotheby's luxury real estate division.
Estate agent Becky Fatemi has reported a sales book containing three mansions worth more than £225 million each, and the cheapest property, a cool £2 million.
Most of the luxury homes she sells through her Rokstone agency are valued at between £8 million and £20 million.
Her track record includes more than £8.3 billion in sales over 23 years, and deals involving many of London’s most wealthy clients.
I’ve sold to a Lord. To a prime minister. To a king. To a pop star. To a YouTube Star. To a Grammy award-winner.”
She told The Times: “Put it this way: I’ve sold to a Lord. To a prime minister. To a king. To a pop star. To a YouTube Star. To a Grammy award-winner.”
‘New school’ buyers will pay almost any price to live in their desired location, with one family of nine forking out £100,000 a week to rent a house in Westminster.
Her ‘bread and butter’ sales areas are Chelsea, Belgravia, Mayfair and Primrose Hill, but she has recently extended her reach abroad to sell properties in Ibiza, Majorca and the Maldives.
Merged
In October, Rokstone merged with UK Sotheby’s International Realty (UKSIR) in a deal thought to be worth millions.

Fatemi and her team continue to operate from their Dorset Street office in London’s Marylebone.
The partnership will see UKSIR support Fatemi’s charitable foundation, Shadow to Shine, which offers mentoring, work experience and employability skills training to young adults aged between 16 and 30.
So far 300 young adults have benefited from the programme, with help from 400 volunteer mentors from employers such as Vogue, Samsung and the London Stock Exchange.
