A high-profile prime London estate agency player who specialises in dealing with London’s  ‘discreet’ UHNWI individuals has joined the BNP Paribas/Strutt & Parker Private Client operation as its boss.

The firm has confirmed to the Neg that Alexander Millett, who is a familiar figure in and around Knightsbridge, will be bringing all his clients with him as part of the deal.

These are contacts and customers that he had gathered in part during a five-year stint running his own boutique and eponymous prime real estate agency.

Its website is still live, explaining how the agency was established ‘out of a desire to offer clients a more tailored and personal service than the agencies for which we had previously worked’.

Millett’s career has included stints at WA Ellis/JLL Residential and Knight Frank, which he left in 2016 to set up his own firm.

The BNP Paribas/Strutt & Parker Private Clients department is responsible for advising high and ultra-high net worth clients on super-prime real estate across London and the UK, and liaising with BNP Paribas Wealth Management and the wider BNP Paribas Group.

“This department has been meticulously planned and well thought out, and will give clients a truly unique offering within the real estate industry,” says Millett.

“I am eager to utilise the established relationships of the firm across the globe while streamlining the link between the experts within the finance and real estate sectors.”
