A luxury housing scheme has been earmarked for the pretty Worcestershire village of Feckenham.

Following a six-figure land deal put together by property agents John Truslove, Lockley Homes is set to build six high quality homes on a 0.73-acre site at The Paddocks, Astwood Lane.

It will comprise two two-bed bungalows, two three-bed semidetached and two four-bed detached.

Lockley Homes owner Karl Lockley said a start is expected in 3-4 months, with completion scheduled for the autumn.
