Big estate agency returns to Zoopla after 12-month ‘break’
Leaders Romans Group will return to listing properties on the portal a year after dropping it in favour of OTM.
In a new two-year property listings and vendor leads deal, Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has returned to Zoopla following a 12-month sabbatical.
Last year, it was announced that LRG had dropped the portal in favour of On The Market, but over 100 of its branches, including the brands of Acorn, Stirling Ackroyd, Gibbs Gillespie and Portico, will now list their properties, beginning with London initially.
LRG is the third major estate agency to sign a new contract with Zoopla in the last month after Lomond Group and JLL.
Investment paid off

Michael Cook, CEO at LRG said: “Zoopla’s prominence across the capital will help give our brands additional support and ensure our clients get extensive online exposure.
“Zoopla have been investing heavily in building a large audience of high-intent vendors that we expect to support the growth of our business in the years ahead and demonstrate a strong ROI. I’m pleased to have Zoopla back in our team’s tool belt for our London brands and look forward to working with them again.”
Alex Rose, Commercial Director at Zoopla said: “A clear focus for Zoopla in 2025 is driving quality leads for our agent partners and not just delivering quantity. It’s fantastic to see this approach already paying dividends with the return of a large and respected estate agency brand like LRG to listing on Zoopla.
“We look forward to working closely with Michael and the wider LRG team to drive excellent results and ROI for all their branches over the coming years.”
