Free Zoopla masterclass on winning instructions
New six-part video series with Ian Preston focuses on helping agents convert valuation enquiries into instructions.

A free Masterclass video series designed to help estate agents win more instructions from valuation leads and increase their revenue has been launched by Zoopla.

Hosted by estate agency consultant Ian Preston (main picture), the six-part programme is available through ZooplaPro and focuses on lead conversion techniques, valuation appointments and follow-up strategies.

The first series, Win More Leads: Become a Conversion Master, draws on Preston’s experience running growth workshops for agents around the UK.
Topics include why agents lose listings, how to tailor valuation presentations to different sellers, how to follow up after a valuation and scripts for booking and conducting appointments.
Second series
A second series, Flexible Fees to the Revenue Rescue, launches on 9th June and examines alternative fee structures, including how to present them to sellers, handle objections and implement them within an agency.
Zoopla says the training is designed to provide practical techniques that agents can apply during valuation appointments and follow-up conversations.
The full Masterclass series is available to Zoopla customers through ZooplaPro, with the first episode available free through Zoopla for Business.
