OnTheMarket has signed up one of the UK’s largest landlords in a new deal, it has been revealed.

Grainger, which claims to be the biggest listed residential landlord in the UK, will now list its portfolio of over 11,000 ‘build to rent’ apartments on OTM.

Major milestone

OTM says the deal “marks a key milestone in the platform’s growth”, and that since it was acquired by CoStar Group in 2023 it has enhanced its tools and market reach, which helped attract Grainger.

Grainger also describes itself as a leader in the build-to-rent sector, and announced in May “another period of strong performance” for the six months ending in March.
