Midlands estate agent banks the big bucks – £100k in one month!
Terry Robinson, a self-employed estate agent at Fine & Country, has proven that six figure salaries aren’t just for London postcodes, earning £100,000 in fees in just 30 days.
Making the move from Branch Manager to self employed estate agent has paid off, big time, for Terry Robinson, who has just banked a jaw-dropping £100,000 in personal income in a single month, smashing his previous £50k annual salary out the water.
And he’s not selling multimillion-pound mansions in Prime Central London either – the Fine & Country agent is based in a small market town in the Midlands and boasts a current pipeline that is on track to bring in £1 million in fees this year.
His membership to the Fine & Country ‘achievement club’ starting a long time ago, when we was astounded at earning £10,000 a month, and now he’s been recognised as one of the few estate agents who has earned ten times that.
Inspiring others
“I hope that sharing my story inspires other people,” said Terry. “When I first started working as an estate agent, making tea and sticking photos on sales details, I was treated pretty poorly. I was referred to as ‘thick’ and ‘stupid’.
“Years on, having set up my own self-employed business within Fine & Country, I gained confidence and today, I stand very proud with my £100k certificate.”
Fine & Country licensee, Sean Newman, commented: “I am very proud of Terry. Most agents would be thrilled to earn £100k in a year, and we have many agents who achieve well in excess of this by selling just 12 properties per year.
“I love helping agents start and grown their own business and seeing them do well. Our mission is to help agents be successful, earn and great income, and achieve their goals. The self-employed model now means agents can benefit financially from their hard work rather than making their boss rich.”
