A reel treat! LonRes now hosts property short videos

Subscribers to LonRes can now enhance their property listings by uploading video or property reels directly onto the platform.

A property reel can be loaded onto the LonRes platform via desktop or the mobile app and form part of a full traditional listing or standalone as a property listing in its own right.  This means that, unlike posting a reel on a social channel, it is fully searchable and remains with the listing until the selling agent takes it down.

Evolving engagement

Anthony Payne, Managing Director of LonRes said: “Property marketing continues to evolve, and today video reels play an increasingly important role in the promotion of a property. These short video tours, which are shared across social media platforms, aim to engage viewers with properties, the selling agent and the company for which they work.

“The selling agent can choose how much information they want to share on their reel. A property being sold off-market, for example, may be a short discrete video reel, whereas other properties may be wide-reaching in both their presentation style and content.

“As you would expect from LonRes, the functionality has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use.  But most importantly the addition of video reels means that property professionals can market properties, themselves – as a brand – or the company they work for, in whatever form they choose.”
