‘On the move’ property app gains ground with trio of new agency partners
Chestertons, Chase Buchanan and Balgores join geo-location property app, Property DriveBuy, which transforms how buyers find homes.
The Property DriveBuy, a new property app redefining how people find homes, has signed up three major estate agencies marking another milestone in its expansion across the UK.
Chestertons, Chase Buchanan and Balgores Property have joined the platform, which replaces traditional postcode and price filters with real-time, geo-location property search, allowing buyers to see listings as they move through neighbourhoods.
Using the app, users can instantly view photos, floorplans and video tours of nearby properties, uncovering homes they may never have considered while giving agents greater exposure for their listings.
The announcement follows recent partnerships with TAUK (The Agency UK) and housebuilders Miller Homes and Thakeham, as DriveBuy continues to attract some of the most progressive names in property.
Shifting buyer behaviours

“Welcoming Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, and Balgores to The Property DriveBuy marks a defining moment in our journey to modernise how people discover homes,” said Steve Foreman, Founder and CEO of The Property DriveBuy.
“We’re moving away from rigid filters and postcode boxes to a world where buyers can connect with homes as they experience the neighbourhood in real time and on their terms.”
By joining DriveBuy, all three firms aim to stay ahead of shifting buyer behaviours and explore new, data-driven ways to connect homes with movers in real time.
Founded in 1805, Chestertons is one of the UK’s oldest and most established estate agencies, with a strong London presence and international reach. Chase Buchanan, part of the Campions Group alongside Chestertons, operates 14 branches across South West London and the South West of England. Meanwhile, Balgores Property, a family-run and multi-award-winning agency, is one of Essex and Kent’s best-known independents.
