Rentman and TDS announce partnership on deposit protection
The integration allows Rentman users to manage tenancy deposits, automating data entry and eliminating manual duplication.
A new partnership the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and Rentman offers agents a streamlined approach to deposit protection.
Rentman’s extensive property management system, which is designed to provide letting agents with all the tools needed to run their business efficiently in one place, can now also automate deposit protection and tracking for its users.
The integration with the TDS API eliminates manual duplication, saving valuable time and reducing the risk of errors.

Additional compliance easing
Rentman has also joined forced with Vorensys to ease compliance of new reporting rules coming in May concerning ID, sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML), and source of funds checks.
Vorensys will integrate directly into Rentman’s platform, enabling estate and letting Agents to perform stringent AML and sanction checks without leaving Rentman.
