Two tenancy management tools confirm integration
Inventory Hive has announced its latest integration with SME Professional to further streamline tenancy management processes for letting agents.
Property managers can now reduce administrative overheads and save hours on tenancy management processes thanks to an integration between Inventory Hive and SME Professional.
This partnership, which has been one of the most frequently requested by customers according to Richard Abbots, Inventory Hive CEO, eliminates unnecessary duplication and manual data entry.
Users can now instantly import properties and tenancies from SME Professional into Inventory Hive, and completed inventory reports generated in Inventory Hive are automatically exported back into SME Professional, ensuring a smooth, two-way data flow between systems.
The integration is available at no additional cost to users of both platforms and supports up to four scheduled import runs per day, keeping data synchronised and up to date.
Empowering users

Richard Abbots said: “By connecting our platforms, we’re empowering users with a more seamless, efficient, and streamlined experience, something both of our teams are deeply committed to. It’s always exciting when an integration is driven by direct customer feedback, and we can’t wait to see the value it brings to everyone using both systems.”
“This partnership aims to deliver an exceptional user experience and streamline inventory management processes for property management firms,” added Fraser Sutherland, Managing Director at SME Professional.
By seamlessly merging the strengths of both systems, users can benefit from a comprehensive solution that drives productivity, reduces costs, and maximises profitability for agents and landlords.
As part of their commitment to customer success, both SME Professional and Inventory Hive will provide dedicated technical support and training resources to ensure a smooth transition for businesses adopting the integrated solution.
