Knight Frank has unveiled the complete version of its digital client portal ‘My Knight Frank’.

This latest phase of its development sees the tenant and landlord functions go live, which are now available to all the firm’s lettings customers, 100+ who are already using it.

The agency says this business has grown to 260 people, with a rent roll of over half a billion pounds per annum.

Newly launched

The newly launched lettings functionality sits alongside its buyer and vendor portals, which have been in operation since February 2024..

In addition to the suite of vendor and buyer functions, ‘My Knight Frank’ shows tenants recommended properties, including off-market options, with features like viewing appointment management, feedback submission, and document signing.

Tenants can also view accounts, report maintenance issues, confirm renewals, and manage the end-of-tenancy process.

Landlord service

Landlords meanwhile can access market appraisals, sign documents, and complete the tasks to list their property.

They can also track viewings, receive feedback, manage offers, handle paperwork, view maintenance updates, access financial statements, renew tenancies, and follow the end-of-tenancy process.

Tim Hyatt, its Head of Residential, says: “After two years of development today sees the last piece of the ‘My Knight Frank’ puzzle fall into place; the fully automated digital portal is live and being used by hundreds of clients on a daily basis.

“The functionality is such that landlords, vendors, tenants, and buyers are now all able to benefit from its capabilities, a large part of which is removing the burden of admin,” he says.

“The feedback from clients so far has been extremely positive.”
