Proptech enters Apple’s Top 100 for business apps
Street.co.uk's smartphone app is used by agents and consumers including home buyers, sellers and renters and joins a illustrious list of business apps.
A UK proptech firm’s app has entered the global Apple App Store’s top 100 for business apps list placing it in the same page as tech giants such as Salesforce, Google and LinkedIn.
Street.co.uk’s app recently peaked at 68th with a 4.8-star rating from some 1,500 reviews generated by the estate agents and home movers who use it, although it now appears at 95th.
Other property-related apps on the list include those offered by referencing and identity platforms Credas and Thirdfort.
At the time of ranking, the Manchester-based company was the only property CRM provider with its own app featured on the store, although it’s also available from Google Play.
The app manages the home moving process for vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants and handles every stage of the property transaction process from onboarding and listing to completion and features AI-powered workflows and the digitisation of previously manual, time consuming tasks.
Tenants can also use the app to report maintenance issues and the company says 20% are now resolved via the app.
Heather Staff (main image), one of the firm’s co-founders, says: “Today’s vendors and landlords expect a seamless, mobile-first experience just as they do in every other aspect of their lives.
“Agents who embrace this shift by offering an app will stand out and build stronger relationships with their clients.
“At Street.co.uk, we’ve made it our mission to help agents meet these expectations with modern technology that puts the customer first.
“This isn’t just about innovation for the sake of it – the data is clear. Consumers overwhelmingly prefer mobile-first interactions, and estate agencies that fail to adapt risk losing relevance in an increasingly digital world.”
