Venture Group Holdings property management AI

A new AI-driven platform for property managers is to be developed following a new partnership between lettings agency Venture Group Holdings and proptech firm AskVinny.

By integrating AI into the property management process, the two companies aim to ‘redefine’ efficiency in the lettings market and enhance the customer experience for landlords.

The automation of 80% of daily tasks — such as maintenance, compliance, move-ins, and valuations — not only frees up property managers from repetitive work but also empowers them to focus on more strategic, value-added activities. This approach enables them to manage a significantly larger portfolio with precision and ease.

Amplifying human potential

Rory Buchanan (main image, far right), co-founder of AskVinny, said: “By automating the bulk of routine tasks, we’re giving property managers the ability to focus on what truly matters—building relationships, driving growth, and delivering exceptional service. This isn’t just about cutting costs; it’s about amplifying human potential and redefining what’s possible in property management.”

“Computers are also very good at keeping landlords compliant. They don’t make mistakes with terminations, certificates, or licensing. The more we can systematically make those decisions, the more we’ll protect landlords,” adds fellow co-founder, Johnny Siu.

Early adopters

As Venture Group Holdings, which is a big lettings agency covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Northamptonshire, looks to the future, the company says it is focused on scaling this technology across the industry.

Over the next three months, they are actively seeking to onboard a select group of forward-thinking property businesses that are eager to scale efficiently or reduce operational costs.

Bhavin Thakrar (main image, second left) of Venture Group Holdings, added: “These early adopters will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge AI technology, positioning themselves at the forefront of the property management revolution.

“We believe that with the right people and the right technology, we can dramatically enhance the way property businesses operate. Our goal is not only to grow Venture Group Holdings but to elevate the entire industry by setting a new standard in property management.”
