Phil Spencer praises ‘brilliant’ book on digital future of property industry
TV star and several other industry figures have said John Reynolds' tome on how tech can speed up home sales is essential reading for agents.
A new book by a leading digital property figure that seeks to offer solutions to the UK’s glacial home moving process has been praised by both TV star Phil Spencer, Rightmove boss Miles Shipside and housing market expert Kate Faulkner.
John Reynolds (main image), who was a co-founder of Coadjute, says his book is designed to give estate agents a comprehensive understanding of the digital property market and its future potential and surprisingly goes back as far as the Domesday Book to map out how the property buying process has developed over the centuries.
The book’s final chapter looks at future tech including Artificial Intelligence including the role it will inevitably play in speeding up the home buying process.
