Property industry duo win Times newspaper business award
Heather and Tom Staff, who founded the Street Group of CRM products for the property industry, are recognised for their business ambition and drive.

The founders of a leading supplier to the property industry has been placed by The Times newspaper within its ‘Top 50’ most ambitious business leaders list.
Street Group’s founders Heather and Tom Staff are the two business leaders to receive the paper’s gongs in this category for 2025, a list that’s sponsored by LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, which has been involved in financing the growth of Lomond and recently also invested in student accommodation agency UniHomes.
The annual Times programme recognises exceptional entrepreneurs who are ‘driving innovation, growth, and change across the UK economy’.
Now in its eighth year, The Times Top 50 celebrates leaders who are transforming industries through ambition and impact, creating jobs and supporting communities.
