Student accommodation platform secures major investment

UniHomes will continue with the growth of its student accommodation offering thanks to a strategic investment from Macquarie Capital.

unihomes student accommodation investmentIn its latest funding round, UniHomes, the student accommodation platform, has secured investment from both Macquarie Capital and private equity investor, LDC, which is reinvesting following a successful two-year partnership.

This investment will support UniHomes’ continued expansion through both organic and acquisition driven growth, enabling the business to enhance its technology and broaden its customer offering to both existing and new partners.

It will also accelerate expansion to other markets including purpose-built student accommodation, build-to-rent and professional sharers.

Double celebration
