Reapit has launched MyAgency, a round the clock client app designed to help agencies win more business and which is fully integrated with the company’s AgencyCloud platform.

MyAgency is a white labelled solution meaning all the branding within the app is the agencies own, it can be accessed via an app or used via a web browser on any device. It provides estate agents with a web app for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants to digitally engage with their agency at any time.

TRANSFORMATION

Sarah Dearden, UKI Regional CPO, Reapit, says: “The digital transformation of the property industry has progressed rapidly during the Covid pandemic and that had resulted in consumers increasingly demanding innovative and dynamic tools for digital engagement that will enable them to track their sales or lettings progression and engage with their agency at the time that best suits them.”

Mark Armstrong, Reapit Global Chief Executive, adds: “Reapit customers have a platform that is continuously improved to deliver the functionality needed to adapt to changes in the marketplace and to drive the success and growth of our customers every step of the way.”

MyAgency offers a fully transparent sales and tenancy journey for estate agencies, lettings agencies, and property managers and their clients, from speeding up sales and tenancy progression to reducing unnecessary calls and administration.

ENGAGEMENT

The app promotes digital engagement between agents and their customers via functionality such as document upload, meter reading submission, balance checking, offer management, and works order management.

The launch comes at a time of accelerating digital transformation within the property industry, the firm claims.

Yesterday The Neg reported how OnTheMarket is launching TecHub, an estate agency automation platform that will also include a Home Management tool providing the potential to tap into new income streams.
