Residently, the onboarding platform for agents and landlords, is partnering with property software specialists, MRI and home-moving enabler, Just Move In.

The renter app unifies the data and access for all stakeholders, offering a seamless end-to-end process for property managers and owners and their renters. It simplifies and automates property listing, offer management, referencing, contracts, move-in, maintenance and communications, payments, renewals and yield management.

As part of the partnership, Residently will integrate MRI’s property management software, providing managers and owners with a powerful product to collaborate and manage their rental properties. This integration will enable property managers to streamline processes and eliminate double entry, reducing costs and improving efficiency and utilisation.

Home services for renters

Just Move In, will provide an extensive range of home services to renters, making moving in and living in a new home more comfortable and convenient. Their embedded platform includes everything from utilities, insurance, and broadband to removals, storage and cleaning services. Through existing partnerships, they will power 150k moves this year and like Residently has a 97% excellent rating on Trustpilot.
