Software giant launches partnership to help agent clients move home
Zoopla's Alto platform joins forces with Just Move In to provide agents with help for vendors, buyers and renters.
Cloud-based software system Alto is to partner with Just Move In, the home set-up service provider.
The partnership will enable Alto users to provide their customers (vendors, buyers or renters) a free home moving service.
It will offer a package that helps to streamline council tax, water, sewerage, and energy bills, as well as additional services like removals, storage and insurance.
Switched on
There will be a testing phase of the integration before it is switched on automatically following significant agent uptake.
Alto will automatically highlight Just Move In’s services to vendors, buyers and tenants, and will send emails on behalf of agents in their branding when their clients reach certain milestones.
First of its kind
This is the first partnership of its kind for Alto, and the integration with Just Move In means that Alto customers can avoid any waitlist, and automatically access the partnership within their existing software.
Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, COO at Alto, says: “This innovative new partnership with Just Move In will not only help alleviate the stress associated with this milestone [of moving home] for many – but will also provide an opportunity for agents to stand out from the competition.”
Ross Nichols, Co-Founder at Just Move In, says: “We’re excited to be rolling out with Alto after many months of hard work from both teams.
“This unique integration will allow more agents, and indeed more customers than ever before, to benefit from our services and save both time and money.”
Latest partner
Just Move In is the latest in a wide range of new partners that have integrated with Alto in recent months. This includes tenant referencing provider Canopy and property marketing provider Focal Agent.
Alto’s parent company ZPG, which also owns Zoopla, changed the name of its property division this week to ‘Houseful’.
