UK Sotheby’s International Realty pushes on with poaching staff from London rivals

UK Sotheby’s International Realty (UKSIR) is strenthening its lettings team in the capital with a string of high flyers joining the luxury agency from rivals as it continues its push into the ever-busy Prime Central London market.
Across the capital agents are reporting that instructions for prime residential lettings have increased by 20% since last month alone. Meanwhile, rent yields have risen consistently for 23 months, surpassing even pre-pandemic levels.
WAVE OF INTEREST
And now it seems UKSIR want to catch the increasing wave of interest poaching eight members of staff from a number of boutique luxury letting agencies as well as Foxtons, Chestertons and Knight Frank.

Each of the new hires has an impressive track record across a number of property sectors as well as intricate knowledge of London’s most sought-after postcodes as well as impressive connections with ultra-high net worth clients all across Prime Central London and globally.
CRUCIAL MOMENT
George Azar, UKSIR Chairman and Chief Executive, says: “This is a crucial moment for the London prime lettings market and we are poised to seize this opportunity for sector-wide expansion.
“Our top tier team, made up of London’s most esteemed Lettings Directors, holds immense importance within our organisation.”

And he adds: “Whilst our primary reputation lies in assisting clients with property buying and selling, the global recognition of the Sotheby’s International Realty network is also known for its unparalleled portfolio of the world’s most attractive rental properties – favoured among high-net-worth individuals worldwide.”
October has been a busy month for UKSIR with super prime agents Simon Burgoyne, James Gubbins and Sarah Peck had all joining the agency from Knight Frank and Savills. And earlier this month The Neg revealed how Rokstone super-agent agent Becky Fatemi ended months of speculation when she formerly announced a merger with UKSIR.
