Nick Dunning Associates has signed up its two brands Townends and Stirling Ackroyd to OnTheMarket.com and both are already listing properties on the site, it has been announced.

Townends’ 21 branches are all individually listing their sales and rental properties on the portal, as are Stirlilng Ackroyd’s seven branches.

Both brands have most of their branches within Greater London but also parts of Surrey, Middlesex, and North Hampshire and bring approximately 800 sales properties to the portal.

In an increasingly digital world it is important to be represented on all the major portals and OnTheMarket has shown itself to be gaining momentum and becoming a credible challenger to the big two,”

Says Matt Hewitt, Commercial Director at Nick Dunning Associates (left).

Both Townends and Stirling Ackroyd list with Rightmove and ZPG.

“Nick Dunning Associates’ brands Stirling Ackroyd and Townends are excited to be joining OnTheMarket and look forward to presenting our clients’ properties to an even wider audience”.

Helen Whiteley, Commercial Director at OnTheMarket, said: “Townends and Stirling Ackroyd are yet more distinguished brands in the estate agent industry choosing to support OnTheMarket.com and we look forward to helping match active property-seekers with their marketed properties”.

“Their backing strengthens our position within the local markets where they operate and demonstrates the broad appeal for OnTheMarket’s proposition of an agent-backed portal.”
