Leading property industry recruitment firm deverellsmith has launched a service that offers estate agencies a tech-based solution to outsource their recruitment function.
Called Hintel, the platform promises to enable client property firms to create a competitive advantage when hiring and retaining talent within their teams.
A recruitment outsourcing business is a function adopted by companies to act in place of – or with – existing HR and recruitment teams.
This approach allows businesses access to different experts, depending on the specific challenges and requirements, the company says.
Hintel is a direct response to the challenging conditions within both the property industry and wider business employment market, which has seen the pandemic spur a 29% surge in employees jumping ship.
