Propalt co-founders Daniel Morgan and Kieran Slinger have upgraded the data platform to provide a rental portfolio overview in its live market mapping tool.
The tech entrepreneurs combined their knowledge in portal search and property investment to build a platform where estate and letting agents can gain access to over 250,000 UK landlords.
Now Propalt can provide a rental portfolio overview in its live market mapping tool, listing the names contact address and LinkedIn profile from over two million properties. It will also show the full addresses of every property they own; rental history detailing which agents are involved in both the buying and selling of the properties and likely renewal dates for lettings.
CHARGES
The data also shows charges owed against the properties, when they were taken and who created the mortgage opportunity. Agents can also see the full sales and lettings market; planning permission; flood plains and other risk factors laid out all in one place.
Kieran Slinger, Co-Founder of Propalt, says: “The opportunity for agents to engage with the investor market is huge.
“Being able to identify and interact with Landlords has always been one of the challenges for agencies over the last 20 years.
“We built Propalt to put everything into one place and make it easy. There are multiple revenue streams through those letting but also those selling.”
SHRINKING
Daniel Morgan, Co-Founder, adds: “As an investor myself we can see that the pool of landlords is shrinking as some leave the market and convert to the short-term rental and holiday markets.
“On average the investor market transacts 40 times more frequently than a normal residential seller and are more likely to need the services of an agent.
“We believe agents should spend more of their time and resources building long-term partnerships with the investors. Propalt helps you reach local and nationwide investors.”
Propalt is currently offering a free seven-day trial to any UK estate agency business.
