BREAKING: Reapit’s Foundations app marketplace goes live today

After an unusual year for the CRM supplier that saw its CEO Gary Barker depart, its much-heralded proptech platform has now launched.

After nearly a year’s wait Reapit has launched its much anticipated Foundations App Marketplace.

Previewed at an evet in Docklands by its then CEO Gary Barker to much razzmatazz, its new proptech platform went live late yesterday for all its eligible Enterprise clients using its cloud-based CRM software.

This follows a limited release to a handful of select agents in February and a public ‘beta’ release just before Covid struck.

After much feedback, the Reapit foundations platform can now be used by developers to create in-house proptech applications from scratch or use its plethora of ready-to-services.

Whatever agents choose to use, all the approximately 1,000 services within the marketplace can be accessed via a single log-on and talk to each other to enable more efficient workflows.

Proptech names

Familiar names which have already uploaded versions of their service to Foundations include InventoryBase, Fixflo, YourKeys, Spectre, Zoopla, The Partnership, ViewMyChain and Yomdel.

“We currently have a backlog well into the New Year — we’ve been completely blown-away by the number of app submissions and we’re working around the clock to get all the apps reviewed and approved as fast as we can.

“It’s no small feat, because as the market leader trusted by the majority of leading estate agents, we have a significant duty of care to them in all respects,”
