Situated just a short distance from Chelsea, INHOUS launched in 2012 by Irish husband and wife duo, David Johnson and Gillian Shubotham, who have 20 years experience in the business.

David Johnson, Co-Founder said, “The London market is fierce, with so many agents fighting for same limited offering – this leads to over-promising and ultimately disappointing clients. Since moving over from Ireland – a completely different kettle of fish, it quickly became clear that we did not want to get involved with this side of the industry. We decided to launch something fresh where we are on the client’s side. Therefore, INHOUS was born.”
