Charters Group has taken over Purelet in Hampshire in a move that will grow both its lettings portfolio and its further expansion into the South East.

“With our extensive expertise, solid infrastructure, and commitment to staying up-to-date with legislation, we are well-equipped to alleviate the challenges of being a landlord.”

The new partnership brings together two businesses which pundits say share a similar commitment to delivering tailored services to their clients.

PASSION

Peter Nobbs, Director of Purelet, adds: “This is a fabulous opportunity for both businesses and this move has reignited my passion for an industry I have been involved in for many years.

“The partnership will provide our clients professionalism, knowledge but more importantly customer care and I am excited to be part of the Charters Group.”

The Neg revealed last month how Charters Group had acquired Manns & Manns operation is part of its ongoing efforts to expand via acquisition quickly and become one of the biggest agents in Hampshire and Surrey, within which it already has eight branches.

These include its most southerly in Southampton to its most northerly in Aldershot.
