Successful sustainable branch launch

Leader’s Lettings Agents, (part of Leaders Romans Group) has officially launched its new sustainable office in Aylesbury, which is fully powered by renewable green energy.

The business commissioned green office and retail design consultants, Jackson Associates, to completely refurbish and design the Aylesbury office to their new green principles, which was showcased at an event last month for local clients, businesses and staff.

At the launch event, attendees discussed the sustainability detail behind the refurbishment and gained advice on making properties more eco-friendly and sustainable, whether as landlords or tenants. They also discussed the longer-term sustainable pledge by LRG to roll out these green principles to branches across the UK, in the company’s commitment to being carbon neutral by 2030. Features of the office include low-flow taps, which save up to 50% of water consumption, low-VOC paints that release less gas than traditional paints and all fixtures and fittings were chosen to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
