Fast-growing property software firm clinches 250-branch deal
A property software firm has clinched a deal to provide its tech across the Belvoir and Northwood network of 250 estate agency branches. Independently-owned SME Professional, which was started in 2006 by two former submarine design engineers-turned landlords Fraser Sutherland and Robin Lyles (main image, LtoR), will now provide property software and CRM support to the two agency’s branches, which are both part of the franchise-focussed TPFG group. SME Professional’s platform was launched in 2011 in Edinburgh, later Dundee and then spread by word of mouth to the rest of Scotland. The firm has gone on to onboard some 1,000 lettings agencies and property management firms all over the UK and win Silver for Software Supplier of the Year at The Negotiator Awards last year.
