Escape to the Country House Department
Strutt & Parker has appointed two new associates to its National Country House Department, based in Chelsea. Alice Luxmoore-Styles and Annabel Blackett will be working alongside the existing members of the team, and the National Estates and Farms Agency Department. Alice began her estate agency career at Strutt & Parker in 2018 within the firm’s Sloane Street office. She moves over to the Country Department from her previous role in the Fulham office. Alice will be covering Kent, East Sussex and West Sussex, supporting the regional network of offices in the sale of prime country houses. Annabel, a qualified chartered surveyor, began her property career as a graduate at Strutt & Parker in 2014 after interning at the consultancy in the previous year. Prior to her current appointment, Annabel worked within Knight Frank’s National Farms and Estates Sales team. In her return to Strutt & Parker, Annabel will be supporting prime country house sales across Wiltshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, markets she has a good track record in from her previous position.
