We are delighted and excited to publish the Shortlist for The Negotiator Awards 2019 – the largest and most important Awards programme in the UK residential property industry.
The Negotiator Awards has led the field in the celebration of excellence in the residential property agency sector for 13 years and, with a large group of highly experienced judges, only the best agencies and suppliers are announced as the winners.

This year the judging took place on 3rd September at the Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London where the Shortlist was decided by a carefully selected panel of judges (listed below), all leaders in their field, along with observers from The Negotiator.
With 33 categories ranging from the individual’s award: Rising Star of the Year and, for businesses: New Agency of the Year, up to the most coveted Award: Estate Agency of the Year (10+ branches), The Negotiator Awards, has this year, attracted many hundreds of entries.
What happens next
The finalists and three winners – Gold, Silver and Bronze – of each category will be revealed at the ceremony, hosted by a top TV celebrity. There will also be accolades for two further runners-up as Highly Commended by the judges. The glamorous black-tie gala dinner takes place at the fabulous Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London on 29th November 2019, where the champagne will be flowing, the atmosphere will be intense and electric, the fun will be endless, with celebrity entertainment, singers and dancers.
