Agents who would like to know both how their customers, employees and prospects behave and what they think about their business can now use live chat supplier Yomdel to find out.
Yomdel, whose 24/7 online chat service is used by many agents as well as The Property Ombudsman, has acquired leading mystery shopping and market research agency 360 Perspectives from founders Nick Meinertzhagen (below, left).
The deal for the Horsham, West Sussex based company – which recently won a ‘one to watch’ business award – is for an undisclosed sum.

“That’s what made 360 Perspectives, with its expertise in customer experiences, the ideal acquisition.”
Agents will now be able to benchmark themselves in their marketplace, analyse their competitors, look at how buyers, landlords, vendors and tenants behave, and place mystery shopper phone calls.
Nick Meinertzhagan will join the merged entity and help run it alongside the existing Yomdel leadership team.
