Home setup service Just Move In has teamed up with the Yourkeys sales platform to take care of all new build buyers’ arduous home moving admin tasks.

House builders who work with Zoopla-owned Yourkeys can now provide the complementary service from Just Move In, which gives property buyers a hassle-free and streamlined process from the moment they reserve a new build home to picking up the keys.

It takes care of notifying the council and energy companies about the move, arranging removals, updating their TV licence and recommending great value broadband, mobile, and media deals.

Just Move In has already established relationships with several leading estate agents and letting agents but working with Yourkeys lets the Bournemouth-based firm help to move new-build purchasers directly, whoever their estate agent might be.

He adds: “As fellow digital devotees, who believe in the power of automation to make life easier for property professionals, our philosophies are perfectly aligned.”

Yourkeys’ automated system streamlines the sales process for developers from initial reservations all the way through to completions.

Management is expedited through the company’s Traccelerator progress tracking tools, documentation is completed through its interface, and developers’ workflow is automatically integrated with conveyancers and mortgage brokers to accelerate the time to exchange.
