Big Welsh estate agency reveals top-level changes
Several key appointments and promotions have been made at Dawsons as former Senior Partner, Chris Hope, semi-retires to a consultant role.
South Wales estate agency, Dawsons, has announced several key changes within its leadership team, effective immediately, as the business continues to evolve and expand its range of property services.
After years of dedicated service, Senior Partner, Chris Hope, has transitioned to the role of Property Consultant, serving as a valuable asset to agency, while Ricky Purdy progresses from Director of Residential Lettings to Partner.
Ricky joined Dawsons in 2000 with a temporary two-week position in Mumbles lettings, rising through the ranks to now contribute to the firm’s strategic direction while continuing his day-to-day responsibilities.
Returning to Dawsons in a Partner role is Robert Camm from CLC Estate Management. Robert previously started his career with Dawsons as a Graduate Surveyor before establishing CLC, which will now provide specialised Block Management services for both residential and commercial properties.
The pair join James Dawson and Tim Kostromin.
Longevity to leadership
Ricky commented: “Becoming a partner marks a start of the next chapter, and is a proud moment. For me, it signifies the culmination of many years hard work, of growth, support, being surrounded by a fantastic team. The journey from a new starter to director has been a transformative one, marked by challenges we have overcome and milestones achieved.”
Robert said: “Being invited to return to Dawsons as a Partner 17 years after working there was an easy decision for me. Visiting the various branches was like stepping back in time with so many familiar faces, which is a true testament to the way the business is run. Dawsons are a strong brand in this service sector and provides a solid platform and excellent opportunity for our block management department to expand and provide our clients with a full range of property services.”
