More than a trio at Trinity Rose

Hampshire property firm, Trinity Rose, has announced five new appointments to its architectural and survey teams based in its Chandlers Ford Head Office.
Lee Snow, Chartered Building Surveyor, has moved from leading building consultancy, Hollis, and strengthens Trinity Rose’s offering in all aspects of commercial building survey work while RICS Registered Valuer, Steve Woodhouse, joins the residential survey department from e.surv.
On the Architectural Technician side, Nico Carstens brings a wealth of experience in detailed design packages as a senior team member and Ka Lun Ying, who trained locally at the University of Southampton, has worked exclusively in the field of residential development.
Following six years as a building control officer at Winchester City Council, Oliver Culhane, has been recruited as a Graduate Building Surveyor and will be supported by Trinity Rose in his training to achieve full RICS accreditation as a Chartered Building Surveyor.
Richard Kirby, Managing Director, commented, “Lee, Steve, Oliver, Nico and Ka Lun are all valued additions to Trinity Rose and perfectly complement our existing survey and architectural teams.”
