Estate agent firm, Pygott & Crone, has welcomed a trio of appointments to its new property and valuations team based in Nottingham.

The company, which also has 12 offices across the East Midlands and London – has hired three new members over the last two months including Dale Brewster as office manager.

Having worked as a negotiator, valuer and manager within the local property sector for 10 years, Dale will utilise his strong skillset working closely with developers to ensure the best return on their investment via effective routes to market, whether new build developments or full-house renovations.

Following the influx of new business in the company’s pipeline, Phillip Brown has joined as senior sales consultant and Nigel Jemson as sales negotiator. Phillip has a strong customer service and sales background across a range of industries but spent the last 14 months at a busy local estate agent before making the move. joining the firm this summer.

Former Nottingham Forest football player, Nigel will also have specific focus on business development to secure new listings and promote the company image in the region.

The team has already won instructions to sell over 850 new build homes across various developments within the next 18 months.
