Stepping up at Spicerhaart
Two new internal promotions at Spicerhaart demonstrates the firm’s commitment to developing talent from within.
Rebecca Nash has been promoted to Spicerhaart’s Estate Agency Director for Norfolk after working as Area Partner in the region for three years.
Prior to this, she spent four years working in Australia in the management sector and undertook development programmes in India, Singapore, and Jakarta before joining the property sector back in the UK, where she worked for many estate agencies.
Rebecca said: “I am most excited to recruit the best people to expand our business over the Norfolk coast through our haart and Howards brands. We create the best talent within estate agency, and individuals can really fly high. I’m really keen to develop the branches and Property Centres that we have and growing our Partnership strategy.
In the lettings division, Morgan Wilson has also been promoted to Area Director for the West and Wales has after 11 years working his way up the ranks.
Morgan joined the company as a Negotiator in 2010 before becoming a Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Manager and Branch Partner in Weston- Super-Mare.
He said: “It is my honour to take on this role. I have spent my entire career working in sales and the property industry, and I am ready to use my knowledge to help others develop and grow.
