Growing estate agency Propertynest bags industry franchising star
Leeds-based franchise business has added Paul Sheard to its leadership team, who has a stellar track record at Ewemove, Northwood and Countrywide.
Franchised estate agency Propertynest has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Paul Sheard (main pic) as national training and business development manager.
Sheard has over 40 years’ experience and is well known in the industry, having worked with some of the property sector’s most recognised brands including Countrywide and EweMove.
He says: “My role will be to support new agents joining to ensure they are in the best possible position to grow their own agency rapidly.
“So far, we’ve seen significant interest from prospective franchisees keen to find out more. I’m now looking forward to working with the best candidates to help them create their own successful Propertynest franchised agency.”
